Getting Your Point Across To Any Personality Type….

Here is a fast, easy method to communicate with a large number of people effectively and if you answer four basic questions with your message, you’ll reach 99% of any audience successfully.

I got turned on to this concept by my good friend Alex Mandossian. It’s based on a guy named David Kolb. It’s actually experiential, experienced based learning. It’s also called L.S.I which stands for Learning Style Inventory. Basically, what it is all about is how we learn.

  1. You have a concrete experience.
  2. You then observe and reflect on that experience.
  3. You form abstract concepts based on your thinking about the experience.
  4. You test those new concepts you form.

Let’s say for example, you’re driving around a sharp curve on the road and almost crash. That’s the experience. Now you’re going to go, Wooooow that was close. So now you have observed and reflected on that experience. The third part is, Aaaaah, maybe I’d otta slow down around that curve. That’s the abstract concept that’s based on your thinking about the experience. Now the forth part is, the next time you drive down the road, you’re going to slow down when you come to that curve, because of that concept you just formed. Now here’s how this works for you.

There are different types of personalities. We all know that. But each one of those personality types learns differently. Now to get and keep their attention, you have to speak to their style and their values. So here are the four.

  1. The Sales Personalities. Those are the persuaders and motivators and 35% of the population are made up of those types of people.
  2. Next you have The Scholastics Personalities. They focus on the objectives and outcomes and about 18% of the population are those types of people.
  3. Next you have The Technical Personalities. They focus on operations and processes. About 25% of the population are those people.
  4. Then you have The Advocates or Marketers Personalities. Those people are creative’s and focus on opportunities and 20% of the audience are those types of people.

Now each type has a different filter for learning. So they ask different questions when they are forming their abstract concepts. So your answers to those questions, gets them to test their concepts and take action. Now here are the four questions each one asks. This is the core of this whole process.

•    Sales people ask, Why?
•    Scholastics ask, What for?
•    The Technical’s ask, How?
•    The Advocates or Marketer’s ask, What If?

So let me give you an example. If your message is buy my product. A sales person will ask, “Why should I buy this product?” and your answer needs to have benefits. You’ll say, “This product will bring you happiness, make you more attractive, save you time and will make life easier and it will save and earn you more money”. Something like that. Now if you do this to a Scholastic, their going to ask, “What purpose should I buy this product for?” So you need to answer this question with practical results. You will say to them, “This product will accomplish A, B, and C for you or will do them better, faster, or cheaper. Now the Technical’s will say, “How does this product work?” Now you should answer this question with processes or systems. So you’ll say, “Here’s how this product works. This is how it produces the results.” They want to get inside it. They want to understand how this product is connected. Now the Advocates and Marketers are interesting, because their going to ask, “What if I used this product tooooo…..?” So you’ll want to answer this question by suggesting how you could use the product in ways other than the obvious. So what we would say to a marketer is, “Here’s how you can use this camera to make money, for example.”

Let’s talk about structuring your message. You need to cover these points in order for maximum effectiveness.

  1. Why you should buy this product and how it will benefit you personally.
  2. What this product will do and what it will practically accomplish.
  3. How this product does what it does and what or all the creative things you can do with this product.

That’s the bottom line and if you do it in that order for those people, you’ll be able to attract them, keep them attentive and answer all the questions to get the maximum number of people to convert, buy your product or get on board with you.

That is how to get your point across in any personality type by answering 4 simple questions.

You can not find a better solution for data storage than this.

Here’s an example. If you had 100 files that totaled 1 MB per file, you would only pay 1.5 cents per month in storage fees. If you had 1000 files that totaled 1 MB per file, you would only pay 15 cents per month in storage fees.

  1. Your file storage limits are unlimited and you can read, write and delete within your storage at any given time.
  2. Rights can be configured to files and can be made private or public and you can grant rights to specific users.
  3. Authentication mechanisms ensure that your data is kept secure from unauthorized access.


S3 was built to be scalable, reliable, fast, inexpensive and simple to use and is based on the idea to help consumers, entrepreneurs and developers from worrying about how they will store their data and if there data will be safe and secure. You can store any amount of data securely and inexpensively and your data will always be available to you at any time!

Creating The Right Optin….

Throughout all my years of business, Squeeze Pages, also known as an Optin page or as my good friend Alex Mandossian calls them; a Shy Yes page; this major question comes up every year and it always ranks the top 5 questions on my list.

The Question is, “What type of optin is better to use on my squeeze page? Single or Double?” Here’s my answer and best solution to this scenario.

This is a very good question because I want to let you know that it is very important not to steer towards a single!

A single Optin is where a prospect gives you their first name and primary Email address and as soon as they click the “Click Here To Get My Goodies” button, they are automatically confirmed without having to check their email account in order to confirm their subscription, before getting the goodies.

Why is this a bad way to set up your subscriptions on your squeeze pages?

It goes like this. What if the prospect that visited your page entered in a bogus first name and Email address? Well they get the goods and you start creating headaches. Why headaches? Well, when you allow automatic confirmation and your Autoresponder service starts sending your programmed Emails to a bogus Email address, you start getting SPAM COMPLAINTS. This is exactly why I highly recommend you use a double for your online squeeze pages.

Here’s why!

A double Optin allows your prospect to enter in their first name and their primary Email address. Your Autoresponder service automatically sends out a confirmation Email to that prospect for them to confirm their subscription before they get the goods. In the mean while, after they clicked the submit button, they are also redirected to a thank you page where they are directed by you that they will not get any goodies until they go to their Email account to confirm their subscription. Once they go to their email account and confirm their subscription, the Autoresponder service automatically redirects them to the thank you page you created with all the goodies available to them.

It is a bit of a pain, I know. When it comes to getting a bad reputation for sending SPAM ATTEMPTS from your Autoresponder service, the extra little work you do will benefit you in the long run of your online business, thus creating no headaches.

Creating the right squeeze page can be one of the most difficult things anyone can ever do. They may look easy, but there is actually a science to creating the perfect squeeze page.

JV Giveaway Events….

How Twitter Has Revolutionized Web 2.0….

Have your ever heard of Twitter? Are you Tweeting on a daily or by-daily basis? If you are not Tweeting, I would like to welcome you to the new revolution on the block called Twitter!

What is Twitter?

If you look up the term, Twitter, in Wikipedia, this is the detailed definition you’ll find:

Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that enables its users to send and read other users’ updates known as tweets. Tweets are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length which are displayed on the user’s profile page and delivered to other users who have subscribed to them (known as followers). Senders can restrict delivery to those in their circle of friends or, by default, allow anybody to access them. Users can send and receive tweets via the Twitter website, Short Message Service (SMS) or applications such as Tweetie, Twitterrific, Twitterfon, TweetDeck and feedalizr.

Have you watched the news, listened to the radio, read the newspaper or heard the news on the street lately? Twitter is the name of the game and it has hit a home run directly out of the park in the media today! If you are a fellow entrepreneur, you definitely should be on Twitter!

I have to be honest. When I first took a look at Twitter, I said, “Why would I want to be a part of a social group that tells me when people are going to eat corn flakes and watch Ophra on T.V.?” Well, little did I know at that time, Twitter was already the hang out spot for fellow entrepreneurs like myself, spending their time telling their followers what they were doing, where they could be found and spreading wonderful content to teach and help others achieve their goals. It was at that time of realizing it; I created an account and started to Tweet. It was a no brainer and is definitely a no brainer for you! So create that account!

Let’s take a look at some first and foremost steps you can take to become a part of this amazing revolution in the Twitter world!

Step 1 – Go to Twitter and create a Twitter account. It’s as easy as 1 – 2 – 3 and once completed, your on your way to an experience of a lifetime!

Step 2 – Create your profile, submit a picture (very important – builds know, like and trust) and instead of supplying your main landing page URL within your profile, supply your Blog URL. Why? I say this because Blogs get more exposure and search engines pick up Blogs and Blog postings very fast and it’s a great way to generate traffic.

Step 3 – Go to Ezine Articles and create an Author account. It’s free! After creating the account, create your profile and you will see a section where you can put your username and password to your Twitter account. This is a must do! This is what happens. When you create and submit an article at Ezine Articles, your article is automatically posted on your twitter account for your followers to go and view. So as my good friend Jeff Herring would say, “G.U.T.S. – Go Use This Stuff”. Start utilizing this today!

Step 4 – If you have a Blog, install the Twitter Widget from Twitter on your Sidebar. This will show all your Blog visitors all your Twitter updates, how many followers you have, and provides a link to allow your visitors to follow you!

Step 5 – If you do not have a Facebook account, create one and start building a list of friends. After creating your account, get the Facebook application called, “Selective Twitter Status.” This application will allow you to adapt all your Twitter updates automatically using the #fb after your comment in Twitter and it does this with simplicity. You don’t have to log into your Facebook account. The Selective Twitter Status application automatically submits it for you.

Do you see where this is leading now and how you can expose yourself efficiently and generate traffic with simplicity? Utilize this service and become an Internet Celebrity today!

There are many things that you can do that are over and above the 5 steps I’ve provided, but this is a great start. If you start today, you will notice a big change in your traffic tracking stats! It’s like magic and you’ll grow, grow, grow.

Did you know that podcasting has become one of the hottest trends in media? Did you also know that it is an alternative marketing and communication tool for entrepreneurs and online marketers? This hottest trend in media is sky rocketing more and more each year and provides a great source of direct communication with your target audience, who wish to receive your audio broadcast automatically, without the need to access or visit your landing page.

If you look up the term, Podcasting, in Wikipedia, this is the detailed definition you’ll find:

A podcast is a series of digital media files, usually digital audio or video, that is made available for download via Web syndication. The syndication aspect of the delivery is what differentiates podcasts from other files accessible by direct download or streaming: it means that special software applications, generically known as podcatchers (such as Apple’s iTunes or Nullsoft’s Winamp), can automatically identify and retrieve new files associated with the podcast when they are made available, and that these files can be stored locally on the user’s computer or other device for offline use. This is done by the podcatcher accessing a centrally-maintained Web feed, which lists files associated with a certain podcast.

Like the term broadcast, podcast can refer either to the content itself or to the method by which the content is syndicated; the latter is also called podcasting. A podcaster is the person who creates the content.

Podcasting gives you many benefits and if you use it as one of your communication and marketing tools, this is what you can receive.

Testing and Tracking Your Way To Success….

Have you ever heard of testing and tracking? Let me give you an insight on how successful online entrepreneurs grow sky high in the short term, not the long term!

Remember this phrase:

“Success Leaves Traces!”

Success does leave traces, but in order for success to leave a trace and especially to you, you must implement testing and tracking to your everyday appearance.

Successful Online Entrepreneurs do not become successful by guessing their strategies. They time test and prove their strategies by means of testing and tracking and by doing so, they know exactly what works and what doesn’t work.

Do you test and track? Well, if you don’t, you should and I am going to tell you how and what you can do today to start tracking and tracing absolutely FREE from Google so you can personally test and track your business growth!

Follow these steps:

1 – Open your Internet browser.
2 – Now go to Google Analytics.
3 – Create an account.
4 – Add a new domain to test and track.
5 – Google Analytics will give you a source code.
6 – Copy and Paste that code before the /body tag within
      your index.html content.
7 – Wait approximately 24 hours for Google Analytics to shake
      hands with your domain.
8 – Now Google Analytics is tracking and tracing your domain
      traffic.

That’s all it takes! If you are your own webmaster, you can create this account and apply the code to your index page within 15 minutes of your time. Now when you submit that article or you submit that marketing video on your product, etc., you’ll see just how much traffic has visited your site and where the visit originated from, thus knowing what is working and what isn’t working. When you see your time tested and proven strategies, continue to do what works and watch your future grow sky high!

There is so much more you can do with Google Analytics, but I wanted to give you the basics so that you can at least track and trace your traffic.

BONUS TIP – With your Google Analytics account, you can add as many Domains as you wish and track them all within that same account. Each time you add a Domain, you get a new code so just follow the steps above, over and over again for each Domain that you add to your Google Analytics Profile.
